One moment I am on top of the world
and the next I am feeling blue, blue, blue.
Such is the life when you have mood swings.
My doctor calls it Bipolar Disorder 2.

Why I Write!
I write to keep my demons at bay
darkness descends, I long for day.
Putting my demons on the page
helps me lessen the terrible rage.
The rage within must not get out!

Donated Playground
By Teresa Smeigh 2019
They were scheduled to open a new playground for the town in a few weeks. There was a large fence surrounding the area that had been laid out for the outdoor play area. No one was allowed to see what they had going on behind the barrier.
There were plenty of fancy new climbing toys and swings. There was a good-sized sandbox. Plus the old Sanders place donated some large climbing trees to add to the metal climbers typically seen in a new-age playground. These were installed, and a couple of children had the honor of trying them out, which they enjoyed. Modern mixed with old.
There was a large party put on by the town elders to celebrate the new addition to the town for their children. They even put on a large barbecue to be enjoyed by all. It was a great day for all.
