#WeekendCoffeeShare: Now it is pinched nerves, stenosis of the spine, etc. – September 2017

If we were having coffee this weekend, I would be drinking water (my main drink since my diabetes is so out of control) although I would prefer hot chocolate and whipped cream it is so chilly toady and you could have your choice of beverages.

The results of my tests showed worse damage than they thought and now they say I might have to have surgery instead of or in addition to the steroid shots.  That scares me. At least I got some pain pills and enough to take every 8 hours until I get to the pain management doctor.

My cervical spine MRI was finally approved due to the new complications showing in the tests that have come back so far.

If we were having coffee I would tell you about the visit with my grandson who is a Marine. He is now stationed in Japan for 2 years. Long time and I know his mom is really going to miss him. He is a new Marine, not even in for a year yet, and freshly out of training.

As some of you might know my best friend and I have brunch every Saturday at the same restaurant and I am getting mighty fed up with the place. Their wait staff is not trained right and some of them  have been there for a long time. Very annoying to have to deal with every week. Most times we don’t complain to the manager, but sometimes it has to be done.

Hope you all have a great and blessed week!

Oh, you are going through it again Tessa. I keep praying for you gal. MAkes my little ailments seem like nothing at all. Bave heroin you are. My topple over this morning was so funny, even at the time I saw the funny in it, like you would have. The only thing I hit on the way down was my nose! Hehe!

Sorry you fell. I can’t imagine my pain if I fell over right now. Getting up and down and just lying in bed or sitting, let alone walking is so painful. Thanks for making me laugh.
