Take the anxiety meds. No one says you actually have to swallow a pill but having that option could lessen the fears. Just because you choose to go off your medicine does not mean you cease to have the disorders. Try not to be too tough on yourself if you do need a “back up plan.” ❤

I have been diagnosed. I am beginning to question the diagnosis. As we all have these ups and down, some to a minor degree and some to a greater degree and some less frequently and others more frequently I think EVERONE can be diagnosed. There used to be 12 mental disorders defined in the DSM I think its called. Now there are almost 400 ! It makes me think they are generating clients, inventing illness and making money and in collusion with drug companies. Then we go around suffering and worrying unnecessarily.

I have suffered from bipolar for almost 60 years now and believe me I don’t doubt my diagnosis. I have all the symptoms. I haven’t been on medicine much though. It makes sense that there are more mental disorders as they break them apart and separate them. It is possible that you were misdiagnosed. Good luck with whatever treatment you seek or none if you prefer.
